Massage Therapy (RMT)

By means of focused massage methods, our RMT services assist in easing pain, enhancing circulation, and lowering tension, thereby encouraging relaxation and improved mobility for a better life.

Acupuncture

Our acupuncture services stimulate critical points in the body to alleviate pain, lower tension, and restore balance by supporting natural healing for general physical and mental well-being.

Reflexology

Our reflexology services support the body's natural healing process by applying pressure to certain areas on the feet and hands, therefore improving circulation and encouraging relaxation.

Cupping Therapy

With our cupping treatments, we increase blood flow, release muscular tension, and help with pain management, thereby revitalizing your body.

Lymphatic Detox

Our lymphatic detox treatment increases lymph flow to eliminate toxins, lower swelling, and boosts immunity, so it is lighter, healthier, and more energizing you.

Physiotherapy

We provide customized physiotherapy treatments meant to improve movement and increase your general physical health, helping restore mobility, ease pain, and strengthen muscles.

For years, I had lower back discomfort; nothing seemed to help until I visited Genecare Massage and Wellness for registered massage treatment. The therapist worked on my tense muscles and spent some time learning about my issues. My discomfort has much lessened after many sessions!

Severe migraines that interfered with my everyday life used to plague me. After experiencing acupuncture here, I have experienced quite an improvement. The sessions are laid back, and my headaches have dropped frequency. I heartily recommend it to everyone seeking natural painkillers!

Being an athlete, the discomfort of the muscles was a daily reality. My recuperation changed clearly after my first cupping treatment session at Genecare. The discomfort lessened, and my muscles felt looser. I now include this in my daily schedule!

I was having difficulties sleeping and continual tension. I'm so happy I tried reflexology, as a buddy suggested! It lets me really unwind, and I find my sleep quality has improved. It is a revolution in gaming!

I suffered with movement and discomfort after a knee injury. Genecare's physiotherapy sessions allowed me to get mobility and strength again. The practical exercises and hands-on methods worked miracles; now, I can walk without pain!
